"For the truth is that I already know as much about my fate as I need to know. The day will come when I will die. So the only matter of consequence before me is what I will do with my allotted time. I can remain on shore, paralyzed with fear, or I can raise my sails and dip and soar in the breeze."--Richard Bode

Chacala Bay
Chacala Bay has a quaint town on a beautiful bay of soft white sand. We traveled to a nearby town for market day and bought a breadfruit. Passing mango groves and pineapple fields made the drive through the farming area so interesting. When we arrived back on the boat our friends joined us to open the huge breadfruit. It contained creamy orange balls of fruit encasing a seed. Between the fruit balls was a white, super sticky fiber.
